Day 1: Arrival in Arusha
Welcome to Tanzania! Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), you’ll be warmly received by your guide and transferred to your lodge in Arusha. Depending on your arrival time, you can explore the city or simply relax after your flight.

Day 2: Tarangire National Park – Baobabs & Elephants
After breakfast, depart for Tarangire National Park, known for its majestic baobab trees and large elephant herds. Enjoy a full-day game drive as you explore the park's savannahs and river systems teeming with wildlife.

Day 3: Journey to Central Serengeti
Leave Tarangire and travel through the scenic Ngorongoro Highlands en route to the Central Serengeti. Enjoy an en route game drive with a picnic lunch as you enter the endless plains of the Serengeti, famous for its predators and year-round wildlife action.

Day 4: Serengeti North – Chasing the Migration
Today, head north to the Kogatende region in Northern Serengeti, where the Great Migration may be in full swing. Keep your camera ready for herds of wildebeest and zebra crossing the Mara River. Enjoy a game drive en route and settle into your camp near the action.

Day 5: Full Day in Northern Serengeti
Spend the day tracking the migration and exploring the riverbanks where thrilling predator-prey interactions occur. Watch for crocodiles in the Mara River and lions stalking the herds. Your guide will ensure you're in the best location for wildlife sightings.

Day 6: Serengeti to Ngorongoro Highlands
Enjoy a sunrise game drive before leaving the Serengeti. Travel back through the park with game viewing en route and arrive at the Ngorongoro Conservation Area in the afternoon. Overnight on the crater rim with stunning views.

Day 7: Ngorongoro Crater Safari – Karatu
Descend into the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day game drive. The crater hosts Africa’s densest concentration of wildlife, including the Big Five. After lunch, drive to Karatu for your final night in the highlands.

Day 8: Return to Arusha – Departure
After a relaxed breakfast, drive back to Arusha. Depending on your flight time, you may enjoy lunch or shopping for souvenirs before your airport transfer. Say goodbye to your guide and fly home or continue your journey to Zanzibar.
